SoftAmbulance Free Eraser is freeware ONLY for PRIVATE USE. You can not use it in a commercial environment, for example in your office or an Internet Cafe, you must use SoftAmbulance Wiperaser instead of SoftAmbulance Free Eraser. One license is needed for every PC you run SoftAmbulance Wiperaser on. We do not consider the use of our software in schools or universities as commercial use. If you run our program on school or university PCs no further action is required. This license.txt coming with SoftAmbulance Free Eraser contains all the legal stuff. If you want to use our software in a non-profit organisation please contact us by e-mail. Depending on the goals of your organistation we might allow the free use of our software.

SoftAmbulance data recovery company makes no warranty that all errors have been or can be eliminated from the program software and, with respect thereto, shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind resulting from using or misusing the program including without limitation, any liability for business expenses, machine downtime, damages experienced by you or any third person as a result of any deficiency, defect, bug, error or malfunction. SoftAmbulance data recovery company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages relating to or arising out of the subject matter of this Agreement or actions taken thereunder

Installing or using the program signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the licence.

If you do not agree with the terms of this licence you must remove the program files from your storage devices and cease to use the program.
